The job is done!

With an FCC deadline snapping at our heels about a month away, a broadcasting friend of the station called to recommend Hill Construction as a company to build our tower on a tight deadline, make that impossible deadline. After hearing voice after voice on the other end of the line say, Sorry, we can do it next month or next year, Hill Construction came through for us in a big way. They fabricated the tower, the week we called, sent to the galvanizing plant with a rush ticket on it, packed it on a trailer, and before we knew it, Jim Hill and his crew was on the site, putting the erector set together piece by piece. Here are a series of photos from start to finish showing this amazing team at work. Youll also see Jay Schitt, long time volunteer and friend of the station to this day, and our station engineer, Dan Wales supervising the tower going up and taking responsibility for placing the antenna on top of the tower. With 14 other stations to maintain, Dan still took time for us to make sure the gospel message would be broadcast loud an clear! Great work all around!
